The IPOF platform is devoted to incubate the enterprises growing professionally, systematically and ecologically; provide personalized listing service, establish the first-class international incubation system for the enterprises, realize “seed selection, breeding, incubating” and optimize the enterprises in Western China to be the competitive listing companies. We plan to set up the database for hundreds of thousands of enterprises, the tens of billions capital pool, the talent pool with an international perspective and open the channel between the western enterprises and the resource pool of the global capital markets. All of the resources will be used for IPOF development, change the thought and improve the capital operation philosophy of western China companies managers. We will select 100 companies as the incubation targets, make 10-20 companies to be IPO, and 10-20 companies to be reorganized and acquired.
